Settlers expel Palestinian olive pickers in West Bank, threaten activist
A settler with a club threatens activists accompanying Palestinian olive pickers in Wadi Hajj Issa, near Aqraba, West Bank, Saturday.
Israeli settlers expelled Palestinian olive pickers and activists from olive groves in Wadi Hajj Issa near the West Bank town of Aqraba this morning.
The footage shows a group of settlers, some holding clubs and threatening the pickers while chasing them. "Yalla, come on up! Want me to shove this in your head?" one of the settlers told an activist.
Footage shows the pickers retreating from the area under threats from the settlers, who damaged their equipment and tried to prevent the pickers from retrieving some of it.
The IDF arrived at a later stage, with the Palestinians and activists leaving for the village.
